Contact The Evergreen Door
You can reach The Evergreen Door by email at [email protected]. The magazine is edited by a small team, so replies are not instant, but every message that concerns a guide is read.
Corrections
If a guide states something that is wrong or out of date, send the page address and the sentence in question, and say what it should say. A link to a source helps more than an opinion, because the correction can then be checked against something concrete. Corrections to figures, dates and species names are the most useful kind.
Suggestions and sources
If you know of a published source that would improve a guide, such as an extension service page, an industry association note or a clearly dated report, send it with a line about what it adds. The magazine prefers primary sources and anything that can be dated, because those are the ones a reader can verify.
What the magazine cannot help with
The Evergreen Door does not sell wreaths and does not take orders. It cannot quote a price, arrange a delivery, or put a buyer in touch with a supplier for a specific purchase. It also cannot answer questions about an order placed with someone else, because it has no connection to that seller.
For anything about a specific order, a delivery or a refund, contact the seller you bought from. The magazine has no access to their records and no way to intervene.
Writing to the editors
Keep it short and specific. The page address, the point, and the source if there is one. Messages about the site itself, such as a broken link or a page that will not load, are welcome too, and a note about which device and browser you were using helps track the problem down.
